His Excellency the Minister of Tourism, Mr. Ahmed Issa, reviewed the national tourism strategy symposium yesterday, which was attended by a delegation from the Afro-Asian Union, consisting of Dr. Hossam Darwish, President of the Union, His Excellency Dr. Adil Al-Maslamani, CEO of the Union, and Mr. Anan Al-Jalali, member of the Union and Honorary President of the Development Sector of the Union. Major General Hossam Badr El-Din, Head of Membership Protocol and Ceremonies Sector and member of the Executive Council of the Union, and Dr. Mahmoud Al-Fahd, member of the Union.
The delegation was attended by the honorable Mrs. Yamni Al-Bahar, Assistant Minister for Technical Affairs.
  Ahmed Issa, Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, reviewed the most important challenges that limit the ability of the tourism industry to reach what it deserves, and the most important titles of plans that allow the transformation of the dream into a possible goal, as well as the axes of the national tourism strategy, which aims to increase the numbers of incoming tourism to Egyptian tourist destinations, and to provide a product and a tourist experience Different types of tourists in Egypt, especially in light of the various tourist and archaeological components that the Egyptian tourist destination enjoys, including beautiful nature, bright and warm sun, and sunny beaches, in addition to museums and archaeological sites. Beach, leisure, cultural tourism, family and adventure tourism, and other diverse tourism products.
He also talked about that this strategy is based on main axes: aviation and raising the capacity of Egyptian airports and planes in cooperation with the Ministry of Civil Aviation, the axis of improving the tourism experience, and the axis of improving the investment climate.
