Hurghada in the Red Sea witnessed the coronation, handing over and honoring of businessman Kamel Abu Ali, head of the  Albatros Group for Tourism and Hotels, with the award (AFASU Golden Award for Sustainable Tourism Development and Excellence in Tourism Leadership and Development), granted by the Afro-Asian Union (AFASU) due to his great efforts in Supporting the tourism sector and also working to convert the hotels owned by the group to a green transition and the use of clean energy from the African-Asian Union (AFASU) and awarding it the Golden AFASU Award.
Dr. Hossam Darwish, President of the Afro-Asian Union AFASU and a number of leaders of the union handed over the award to the tourist expert, the man of clothes and money, Kamel Abu Ali, the head of the Albatros Group for Tourism and Hotels, the president of the Red Sea Investors Association, in a huge ceremony in the presence of a group of businessmen and members of hotel rooms. The award committee consisted of the tourism and hotels sector of the Federation, which is chaired by Dr. Hossam Darwish, President of the Federation, and all members of the Executive Council of the Federation, headed by His Excellency the Counselor, Dr. Adel Al- Maslamani, the international economist.
The committee impartially applied the criteria to the five candidates for the award, where there were three candidates from the African continent and two from the Asian continent. .
